Data You Provide
Gains Vault stores workout data that you enter, including:
- Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
- Custom exercises you create
- Training programs and schedules
- Body measurements (if entered)
- App preferences and settings
Data Storage
All your workout data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, which is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Information We Do NOT Collect
Gains Vault does not collect, transmit, or store:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Analytics or usage data
- Any data on our servers
We do not have servers that receive your data. Your information stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if enabled).
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync:
- Your workout data syncs across your Apple devices
- Data is stored in your personal iCloud account
- Apple manages iCloud security and privacy
- We cannot access your iCloud data
You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings. Your data will remain on your local device.
Data Security
Your data is protected by:
- iOS device encryption
- Apple's iCloud encryption (if sync is enabled)
- Your device passcode/biometric authentication
Third-Party Services
Gains Vault does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share your data with anyone.
Children's Privacy
Gains Vault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your data is visible within the app
- Export: You can view your workout history at any time
- Delete: Delete the app to remove all local data
- iCloud: Manage iCloud data through iOS Settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
